On a personal note: Thanks for stopping by and taking a look around. If you are so inclined, leave me a note or just say hello. If you are the person, that one person, who bought my book I want you to know how much I appreciate it. You know who you are. (Ha-ha)
About me: Born and raised in the Great State of Michigan and will always love its four beautiful seasons. Went to school there and worked there until around 1999 when I first got my feet wet for International travel. My chosen profession was Law Enforcement. During my university years a professor of a Creative Writing class I took asked me why I was wasting my talent going into L.E.? I guess he saw something in my writing but I opted for the regular paycheck. So, thirty some years later, here I am, doing something that I love; writing.
Like I said, in 1999 I went to Kosovo to help the war-torn country get back on its feet. I was a member of the United Nations Civpol; a police officer. (Another future book.) I spent most of my time as a Field Training Officer in the southern city of Prizren. I was assigned to the Regional Investigations Unit handling serious crimes and homicide investigation. I spent three years there. Then I was set to head to Iraq on a similar tour but instead opted for a Security Mission in Afghanistan which lasted a few months. Was accepted into the Force Protection field which lasted another four years. Was kicking back in China not making any money but doing the thing I love, writing. To survive I taught English and consulted on matters involving the English language for several companies. Finished my first screen play for Fateful Ops. Now, home in the States working security and writing. (I have placed some photos on the next page if you'd like to take a look.)
